SNOW!

We have had so much fun playing in the snow with our friends today and are looking forward to warming up with some hot chocolate later. You can see some of the photos in the events gallery.

STEM week

The whole school has enjoyed a range of STEM activities this week. A week of science museum trips, lesson swaps , egg drop challenges, workshops and slime -making was rounded off with the whole school gathering on the KS2 playground for a balloon launch. WE DID IT AGAIN!

Miss Hall puts Oxhey Wood’s latest football triumph down to team spirit and the  positive attitude and resilience displayed by the team. “We didn’t argue once!” said JP as he explained their impressive 5-0 victory tonight.

VICTORY!

Another fantastic win for the football team tonight! Well done to all those who took part and thank you to Miss Hall, Barry and Mick for their support. Its great to see the Saturday morning training sessions paying off!  

27/11/2018 Windsor Castle

Year 2 enjoyed a fantastic trip to Windsor Castle today. Despite the wind and rain, they all had a fabulous time. Highlights included visiting St George’s chapel and seeing the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’ wedding outfits, We look forward to the children telling us all about their visit!

Football Victory!

Well done to the years 5&6 football team, they won their match against St Meryl this week with the fantastic score of 4-2!
